Bel was bred and owned by Rose Ryan.  Doing research I find that she was named a top producer by Kennel Review for 1973.  She also won the Brood Bitch class at the 1974 Western Specialty.  Judge Nicholas L Kay stated "Although the first place bitch was not large, she and her get were well put together with proper body proportions and good movement..."
