Bouncy came to me from my dear friend Nancy Miracle who I am fortuitous to have partnered with over the years. Nancy has helped keep part of my pedigrees going over the years and was disciplined about health testing. Funny, we never sent pictures in all these years, we just used dog terminology to create the image, a quintessential skill somewhat old school now in the media savvy dog world.
My husband named Bounce. We just moved to the farm, and she was bounding through the thick grass, the woods, always trotting everywhere she went never putting a foot down wrong. Bouncing here, there, everywhere.
Bounce is 24” and 100 lbs. She has a lovely dead level wide mouth with large teeth, strong cheek, good pigment and a chiseled head. She has good bone, is substantive, with thick muscle front and rear. I would ask for a half-inch more leg. She is sound moving front and rear, solid topline on the side.
The best part about Bounce is her happy demeanor. She is happy and joyful wherever she goes. I know I can send her to any home on exchange when I am showing that family’s dog - children love her and other dogs get along too because she is stable minded, loving and kind. She is an accomplished digger, excellent mole hunter and counter-surfer bar none.
