Breeder: Virginia Stark Owner; Virginia Stark
Born: 1-12-1980 Died: unknown
SB: 7-82 AKC# WE507277 Sex: Female Color: Red Fawn OFA # 418
In her prime, “Tizzie” was a beautifully proportioned, heavy boned, solidly muscled bitch of maximum height. To be precise, she was 26 inches in height at the shoulder, and normally weighed in at 124 pounds. Tizzie carried her beauty and size with the pride and dignity befitting this noble breed. Her strengths were many and they were obvious - strong head type, size, soundness of body and temperament. Part of Tizzie’s overall elegance was her pigment - luxurious red fawn coat and full black mask. The highlight of her limited show career was winning Best of Breed from the Open Bitch class at the Greater New York Bullmastiff Fanciers Specialty. Tizzie was the product of a line breeding whose litter mates included: Ch. Wedgewood Sadie Hawkins and Ch. Wedgewood Benz VonFurstenberg. In her lifetime, Tizzie produced a total of eleven live puppies from two litters, of which five of these earned the title of Champion, and at least two others were pointed.
