Cha-Cha did not “come to be” very easy. Her Mom Missy, our foundation bitch and a “Louie” (Ch Bastion’s Louisville Slugger) daughter, took 5 attempts before we could get her bred. By the time we had our very first litter on the ground, we felt we had to keep a male and female, Cha-Cha and her brother Stomp were our keepers.
Cha-Cha, a gorgeous fawn bitch with brains to add to her beauty had an easy start in the show ring by winning a Major with her brother at their very first show, 6 months old. She would go on to get her Championship and her CGC title before she made it into the whelping box. Besides acquiring her conformation title and whelping two beautiful litters, Cha-Cha has excellent working temperment.
I am always proud that I personally owner/handled and finished her first 2 girls, Luna and Star from the Cha-Cha’s/Slugger (Ch Ironbull Knights Silver Slugger) breeding
Her second litter brought us 2 “show homes”. Those 2 puppies, Hula and Duke showed some great improvement in our breeding program Both are now Champions and have added to the success of my kennel, Del Toro Bullmastiff’s.
The second litter sired by “Brody”. (Ch Stealsaheart’s We’re gonna Need a Bigger Boat) gave us our Hula. Our pick and keeper was the only bitch, formally known as Ch. Del Toro’s Shake Your Booty At Adamo, CGC. We continue to line breed on the qualities of our foundation girl and hope for Hula to give us Cha-Cha grandbabies in the near future.
