“Micki”
Micki was placed with Cooky [Mary Ellen] Bercel as a young pup when the original owner backed out. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as Micki and Cooky were made for each other. As Cooky notes, “Micki is a wonderful, solid dog both mentally and physically. She has been a pure joy to live with and I’m lucky to be loved by her.”
Micki is a substantial girl with a beautiful front, level bite, and tremendous reach and drive. She had two small litters, but made up for a lack of quantity with exceptional puppies. A male from her first litter was Best Dog in Futurity and Best Puppy at the 2017 ABA National Specialty. A female from the second litter finished her championship in four straight shows at just 10 months of age. Micki has produced beyond our expectations and is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement.
