Even if she never set paws into the show ring or blessed me with two beautiful litters, Blaze is just a “good person”. As a breeder, Blaze allowed me to learn and grow in the breed. Blaze brought some wonderful additions, both the offspring and their owners into the dog show world.
After retiring from the whelping box, Blaze moved in with a wonderful family. She now spends her days with the daycare kids and nights on the couch watching T.V. with her family.
Blaze has a correct, yet “planner” head, she could use more pigment compared to what is being shown today. Blaze is a wide bodied properly proportioned girl with a lovely, powerful, thick rear. Blaze haas a dead level wide mouth & jaw.
Her first litter produced 6 Champions, the other 3 were spayed or neutered so they could not be shown. She produced two Specialty winning dogs. Rudy was WD at the Midwest Specialty weekend, his brother Hoolie was WD the next year at the Midwest. Her second litter to Mugsy produced WD at the Nationals.
We are very proud to know her.
