“Doris” was born on the 21st day of July 1985. She was the all around perfect Bullmastiff and a loving and truly responsible member of the household. She completed her Championship in short order, obtained her CD with three straight scores of 190 or better, and then became a qualified Therapy Dog. She and I visited nursing home residents every week for many years. In addition, she was a wonderful brood bitch, having had four litters of outstanding puppies. Her son, Ch. Allstar’s Martin Riggs is a Best in Show dog. She has passed along to them her superior structure, her truly beautiful way of moving, and her loving disposition. She was a little weak in the muzzle, but Allstar’s Pal Joey, who had an extremely typy head, offset this weakness in their puppies. Doris was as sound at 10.5 years of age as she was at two and was never defeated in the Veterans class.
