“Lovey” is a bitch who always made her presence known in the ring, in the whelping box and in the your home. Her “pay attention to me” attitude is still seen in her female desendents. .Weight and height placed her in the top half of the standard. Exceptional reach and drive, balance and structure won her American Awards of Merit and the Canadian equilvant  and Championships on both sides of the border. 
    In the whelping box she produced soundness, size and type. One son, A/C Ch. Bastion’s Celebration Time is # 1 all systems 1996 and is a Multiple Best in Show. She only had two litters  of small numbers but wonderful quality. From these litters, Lovey produced sound working dogs, of which Ch. Bastion’s Lady Love CD (Simonton) is her most talented daughter. Both of her litters were line breedings and ran true. Lovey needed more head for her body, would not help in the bite department but did wonders for structure and showmanship. She gives us the love and devotion that only a Bullie can, and definitely prefers a King size bed to a couch.
