“Mike” was first and always a family pet.  In his short life of 4 1/2 years, he received  a CD, a Championship, and was ranked #4 Bullmastiff in 1973. He sired only two litters,  both by Ch. Phoebe Fen Silver. My favorite memory of Mike was during a show in obedi- ence: he decided that it was too hot to walk around the ring on heel. So, Mike, being a Bull- mastiff, walked out of the ring and sat under a tree.     So much for working in the heat.
